Joris Ramon Buchholz, bekannt als Joris, ist ein deutscher Popsänger und Liedermacher. Geboren am 1. Dezember 1989 in Brinkum, wuchs er in Vlotho auf und begann im Alter von fünf Jahren, Musik zu machen. Seine Debütsingle "Herz über Kopf" erschien 2015 und wurde über 610.000 Mal verkauft. Joris studierte Musikproduktion in Berlin und später an der Popakademie Baden-Württemberg. 2014 erhielt er einen Plattenvertrag bei Four Music und veröffentlichte 2015 sein Debütalbum "Hoffnungslos hoffnungsvoll". Für seine Musik gewann er mehrere Echos und engagiert sich öffentlich gegen Rechtsextremismus, Diskriminierung und für den Klimaschutz.
