Im Jahr 2004 veröffentlichte sie das Buch "Confessions of an Heiress", das ein Bestseller wurde. Hilton versuchte sich auch als Sängerin und veröffentlichte 2006 ihr Album "Paris". Später wurde sie wegen Drogenbesitzes verhaftet und zu einer Bewährungsstrafe verurteilt. Im Mai 2024 kündigte Hilton zusammen mit ihrer Freundin Nicole Richie eine neue Reality-Show an. Paris Hilton heiratete im November 2021 Carter Reum und wurde durch Leihmütter Eltern von zwei Kindern.
