Nebojsa Radmanovic ist ein bosnischer Politiker, der am 1. Oktober 1949 in Gračanica geboren wurde. Er repräsentierte von 2006 bis 2013/14 als Vertreter der bosnischen Serben das Staatspräsidium von Bosnien und Herzegowina. Radmanovic besuchte das Gymnasium in Banja Luka und setzte seine Ausbildung an der Philosophischen Fakultät in Belgrad fort. Danach übernahm er die Leitung des Archivs der Republika Srpska. Er bekleidete auch die Position des Direktors und Chefredakteurs der Zeitung "Glas", sowie des Direktors des Nationaltheaters der Republika Srpska in Banja Luka. Zusätzlich war er Präsident des Exekutivausschusses der Stadt Banja Luka. Als Präsident des Exekutivausschusses des Bund der Unabhängigen Sozialdemokraten (SNSD) engagierte sich Radmanovic politisch. Er war Abgeordneter im Parlament der Republika Srpska und diente von März bis Oktober 2006 als Minister für Verwaltung und lokale Selbstverwaltung unter der Regierung von Milorad Dodik. Bei den Präsidentschaftswahlen am 1. Oktober 2006 wurde Radmanovic als Spitzenkandidat der SNSD mit 53,3 % der Stimmen in der Republika Srpska zum serbischen Vertreter im dreiköpfigen Staatspräsidium von Bosnien und Herzegowina gewählt. Im Jahr 2010 wurde er mit 48,9 % der Stimmen in seinem Amt bestätigt. Nebojsa Radmanovic war ein einflussreicher Politiker in Bosnien und Herzegowina.
