Nathan Kress ist ein Schauspieler, Synchronsprecher und Regisseur, der am 18. November 1992 in Glendale, Kalifornien geboren wurde. Seine Karriere begann bereits im Kindesalter mit einem ersten Job als Sprecher für den Film "Schweinchen Babe in der großen Stadt" im Jahr 1998. Ab 2005 folgten dann vermehrt kleinere Rollen als Schauspieler. Obwohl er hauptsächlich vor der Kamera stand, übernahm Kress auch weiterhin Aufgaben als Synchronsprecher, insbesondere in Animationsserien. Seinen Durchbruch feierte Nathan Kress von 2007 bis 2012 in der Nickelodeon-Serie "iCarly". Dort verkörperte er Fredward „Freddie“ Benson, den Technikexperten der Webshow. Zusätzlich lieh er in der Serie "Star Wars Rebels" der bekannten Figur Wedge Antilles seine Stimme. Privat fand Kress sein Glück mit London Elise Moore, die er am 15. November 2015 in Sierra Madre heiratete. Zuvor hatten sich die beiden Ende Mai 2015 verlobt. Nathan Kress und seine Frau sind inzwischen Eltern von zwei Töchtern, geboren in den Jahren 2017 und 2021, sowie eines Sohnes, der 2023 zur Welt kam. Neben seiner Tätigkeit als Schauspieler und Sprecher arbeitete Kress auch als Regisseur. So führte er beispielsweise bei mehreren Folgen der Serien "Henry Danger" und "Game Shakers – Jetzt geht’s App" Regie. Auch bei der Neuauflage von "iCarly" übernahm er diese Aufgabe bei einigen Episoden. Nathan Kress ist vielseitig in der Unterhaltungsindustrie tätig.
