Winfried Kretschmann, geboren am 17. Mai 1948 in Spaichingen, Deutschland ist ein deutscher Politiker (Bündnis 90/Die Grünen). Seit dem 12. Mai 2011 ist er Ministerpräsident von Baden-Württemberg und damit als erster und bisher einziger Grüner Regierungschef eines deutschen Bundeslandes. Kretschmann zählt zu den prominentesten Vertretern des pragmatischen und öko-konservativen Flügels seiner Partei.
