Keno Don Hugo Rosa (* 29. Juni 1951 in Louisville, Kentucky) ist ein US-amerikanischer Comictexter und -zeichner. Er ist vor allem für seine Disney-Comics bekannt. Außerdem schuf er die Figuren Lance Pertwillaby und Captain Kentucky. Insgesamt 87 Disney-Geschichten erschienen von ihm ab 1987, davon 17 in seinem Opus magnum Onkel Dagobert – Sein Leben, seine Milliarden(The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck).
